Business & Employment has developed a simple model to service the needs of employers and the community and it works! All national training contracts in Australia have to meet certain requirements to be registered. An Australian Apprenticeships Centre plays an important role in informing employers of the opportunities to make the most of Australia’s training system and the incentives put in place to encourage more and higher quality workplace-based training. Potential apprentices of all ages and backgrounds need support and advice too if the system is to continue to grow. Business & Employment has a legal right and obligation to fulfill both aspects of this important element of Australia’s economic well being.
